Aurore Martinat holds a Master’s degree in Public Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Public Business Law.

After spending three years in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors department at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and three years at the Magenta law firm, she became Head of the Mobile Market and Scarce Resources unit in the legal affairs department at ARCEP.

Aurore Martinat rejoined the Magenta law firm in 2024.

She specializes particularly in public contracts (public procurement, public service delegation, partnership contracts) and in the structuring of public projects, especially in regulated sectors and more specifically in telecommunications. She also handles litigation before administrative courts and regulatory authorities (ARCEP).
