Manon Le Scour holds Masters II degrees in European Union Law and Litigation as well as in Administration and Public Management from the Universities of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

She joined the Magenta firm in January 2019 after completing several internships in the legal affairs and audit departments of central and territorial administrations (General Secretariat of European Affairs, General Directorate of Civil Aviation, French Technical Cooperation Agency and international, Departmental Council of Hauts-de-Seine).

Manon Le Scour specializes in public law. She provides advice as well as litigation on all issues of public economic law. Manon intervenes in particular on issues related to public contracts (concessions and public procurement), public sector companies, state aid, the environment and town planning as well as local authorities.

She also has strong expertise in regulated sectors (particularly in the railway and telecommunications sectors), and supports clients in these areas both in advice and litigation (including before regulatory authorities, particularly in dispute resolution).
