Manon Le Scour holds a Masters 2 in European Union Law and Litigation as well as in Administration and Public Management from Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne Universities.

She joined Magenta firm in January 2019 after completing several internships in the Legal Affairs and Audit Departments of central and territorial administrations (General Secretariat of European Affairs, General Directorate of Civil Aviation, French Technical Cooperation Agency and international, Departmental Council of Hauts-de-Seine).

Manon Le Scour is specialized in Public Law. She intervenes in counselling  as well as litigation on every aspects of Public Economic Law. She works on issues related to public contracts (concessions and public procurement), public sector companies, state aid, environment and urban planning as well as local authorities.

She also has strong expertise in regulated sectors (particularly in the railway and telecommunications sectors) and supports clients in these areas both in counselling and litigation (including before regulatory authorities, particularly in dispute resolution).
