Joffrey Gaucher holds a Master 2 in Advanced Public Law and a Master 2 in European Law and Litigation from Paris II Panthéon Assas University.

He joined Magenta in January 2024 after working three years in the competitive department of the firm Mayer Brown. He has also completed several internships in the anti-trust department of the firms Jeantet, BDGS, and Reed Smith as well as in the Legal Department of the Veolia group.

Joffrey Gaucher’s practice focuses on French and European Competition Law (antitrust, merger control, restrictive competition practices), both in counselling and in litigation. He particularly assists the firm’s clients in litigation proceedings and in the notification of merger operations before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission. He also assists companies during inspections carried out by the competition authorities, and in contesting such inspections.

Finally, Joffrey is a member of AFEC Jeunes.
