Biography
Benjamin Jothy holds a master’s degree in Economics and Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and a master’s degree in public law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.
He joined Magenta in 2023, after spending seven years in the public law departments of the law firms Norton Rose Fulbright and Gide.
Benjamin Jothy is particularly involved in public contracts (public procurement, public service delegation, partnership contracts) and in the structuring of public projects, particularly in regulated sectors (energy, transport, health, telecoms). He also intervenes in litigation, both before administrative and judicial courts and regulatory authorities (CoRDiS).
Finally, Benjamin Jothy participated in the drafting of the Energy Code, commented on by Lexis Nexis editions.
