Joséphine Pralain holds a Master 2 in competition law and european business law from Paris II Panthéon Assas University and a Master in international business law and management from ESSEC Business School.

She joined Magenta in September 2024 after working for a year as a lawyer at TotalEnergies and completing her final internships in the French Competition Authority and Antitrust & Competition departments in international law firms (Ashurst, Paul Hastings).

Joséphine works in European and French Competition Law (antitrust, merger control, law on restrictive competition practices), distribution and consumer law, both in counselling and in litigation.
