Flora holds a Master’s degree in Law and Business Consultancy (DJCE) from the University of Poitiers.

She joined Magenta in September 2026.

Flora specialises in European and French competition law, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her practice covers, in particular, antitrust matters, merger control and restrictive business practices. She also advises clients on distribution and consumer law matters.

In the context of merger control proceedings, Flora is involved at every stage of the process, from determining whether a transaction is subject to merger control to obtaining the required authorisations, assisting Magenta’s clients in their interactions with the relevant authorities.

Before joining the firm, Flora gained experience at several leading law firms and in the corporate sector, where she completed several internships focusing on competition and commercial law.
