Clémentine Vannier holds a Master 2 in Competition, Consumer Affairs and Industrial Property Law from the University of Rennes I.

She joined Magenta in September 2022, after completing a six-month internship there in 2019.

Before joining the firm, Clémentine Vannier completed internships in the Legal Department of the Beaumanoir group and in the competition and distribution department of the Baker McKenzie firm. She was also an intern and then assistant rapporteur in the investigation services of the Competition Authority.

Clémentine Vannier works on all aspects of French and European competition law (antitrust, merger control, law on restrictive competition practices), both in advice and in litigation. She also deals with issues relating to distribution law and in particular the compliance of contractual documents (review and drafting of T&Cs, single agreements, logistics agreements) with “Egalim” regulations 1, 2 and 3; and consumer law/
