Specializing in public law, Amélie frequently assists firms operating in the energy, electronic communications and health fields within the framework of their regulatory issues, including matters related to competition stakes.
Amélie took part in the representation of a telecommunications operator before the French competition authority and the administrative courts in disputes relating to the fixing of differential mobile termination rates or to the award of the fourth 3G mobile license. She also intervenes on matters relating to publicly-owned entities (statutory changes, public contracts) and assisted a leading firm in the European concessions and public works sector, for instance, within the negotiation of a public-private partnership concerning a high-speed railway.
